2) Delivery Policy
Our postage costs are as follows, international deliveries are calculated as a percent of the order amount:

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will notify you as soon as possible.
All deliveries are via Royal Mail - recorded delivery for the UK and International Signed For Surface Mail for the Eu and Worldwide.
A signature will be required so ensure you choose the correct delivery address i.e. home, work. If you are unavailable to receive the item it will be forwarded to the nearest Royal Mail sorting office. Here it will be held for 7 days before being returned to us if unclaimed.
Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

3) Returns & Exchange Policy
Sole Expression Ltd wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If the shoes are not as you thought they would be you have up to 21 days from receipt to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them and in their original box.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods.

Once the goods are received we will assess your return claim.
If you make a valid claim we shall replace the goods in question free of charge or, at our discretion refund your original purchase price.
We can only refund to the card originally used for payment and regret that the original postage and packing charges cannot be refunded.
All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

4) Sizing Recommendations
You may be aware that there is no standardised shoe size conversion and sizing differs, not only from country to country, but also by manufacturer.
In order to help your determine your shoe size in any of our models we have compiled a shoe size chart using the sizing structures of our suppliers. We hope this helps you make an informed decision.
When we feel that a specific shoe does not fit according to this sizing, we will make recommendations for size adjustment.
If you would like extra reassurance please email us your foot dimensions and we can give you our recommendations for a particular shoe.

Follow instructions as by your chosen payment route and select the 'Pay Now' button

Goods are dispatched to you within 36hrs of payment confirmation and a receipt is sent with the goods
